The MPA in Vocal Hindustani is an advanced and specialized program emphasizing high-level performance and research. It deepens knowledge of Hindustani vocal traditions, improvisation, critical analysis, and performance skills, preparing graduates for careers as performers, researchers, or educators in the field.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree plus music certification and aptitude test qualification, or those already holding a bachelor’s degree in Hindustani vocal music.
- Module 1: Fundamentals & Adavus Revision
- Module 2: Intermediate Repertoire (Alaripu, Jatiswaram, etc.)
- Module 3: Advanced Performance & Theory
- Final Project: Stage Performance Preparation
