Mohiniattam
Overview
Mohiniattam is characterized by its swaying body movements, circular path flows (Andolika), delicate footwork, and subtle expressions. Rooted in the Natyashastra tradition of Kerala, our course guides students through foundational adavus, mudras, eye and neck movements, and traditional compositions. The training emphasizes feminine grace (Lasya), breathing harmony with movement, and emotional subtlety.
